Natalia Vodianova by Centro for the Naked Heart Foundation

I love a good celebrity/model/designer collaboration as much as the next person, but I'm particularly motivated to buy into them when their sole purpose is to raise awareness and funds for charity. Russian supermodel, Natalia Vodianova, has joined up with Centro (a popular high street shoe store more well known in Asia) to design a range of heels that will raise money for The Naked Heart Foundation. Natalia and Centro have really hit the mark with this collaboration on 3 key points: all proceeds made will go to The Naked Heart Foundation; the style of shoe is classic enough to fit into the wardrobes of a large majority of women; the price point of £60 makes them far more accessible to women who don't have hundreds to spend on a pair of heels.

Natalia said that she wanted her designs to make women "feel like a princess", which is why I assume she's embellished the back of the heels with a crystal crown motif - sadly, it feels a little too 'vajazzled' for my liking - but I'll definitely be picking up a pair of these heels in 'champagne', simply because it's not often I can genuinely say my shoe purchases are benefiting someone else.

You can buy your pair from Net-A-Porter and find out more about The Naked Heart Foundation here.

Winter Dressing

Perfect winter dressing from Christine. Nothing feels cosier than throwing on a sweater that swallows you whole, so you can hibernate in it all day.

Charlotte Olympia Christmas Stocking

Can't quite believe that Christmas is only 4 days away, or that I missed out on spotting this amazing Christmas stocking by Charlotte Olympia. I knew that an exclusive Christmas range had been designed featuring holly adorned flats and Pandora clutches entwined with mistletoe, but I only came across the stocking today thanks to Susie. Can you ask Santa for a stocking in your stocking?

Marion Cotillard Covers W Magazine December 2012 in Dior

Marion Cotillard covers W Magazine's December 2012 issue sporting a red lip, blunt black bob and Dior Haute Couture outfit. Few December covers have stood out to me this year, but this really caught my attention. It's a new look for Marion (it reminds me of Lagerfeld's current Mon Shu collection for Shu Uemura) and I love when you notice the hands in the background nipping in her waist.

Do you like Marion's cover? What do you think of her couture makeover?

The Fashion Industry's Favourites Become Disney Characters

It can't be a random occurrence that Harrods are featuring Disney Princess dresses designed by the world's leading designers in their Christmas window display this year, while over in the US, Barney's have collaborated with Disney to create a short film featuring some of the fashion industry's favourite insiders as animated characters. I'm yet to work out the link, but I've nothing to complain about - I love it!

The short animation titled Electric Holiday features editors, models and famous fashion personalities including Lady Gaga, Anna Dello Russo, Naomi Campbell and the wonderful Alber Elbaz. At the moment, a sharp bob and sunglasses clad figure is yet to be revealed, but surely it's only a matter of time...
