So..bad news on the wedding-guest-dress front. My boyfriend and I just don't think we can afford to go any more (it will make for a very expensive weekend), and on top of that it's also my 21st birthday the week before and we just don't have the pennies sadly. On a happier note, I need a dress to wear to my birthday meal and so I picked out a few potentials in Topshop today. The trouble is - I like all three! and neither of us can decide which to go for. They all have their pros and cons, and I do have a slight leaning toward one of them, but I thought I'd see what you lovely readers think.
I'd love to know what you guys think about them, and which one you think I should choose, so leave your comments!

P.S Apologies for the unnecessary insight into my co-ordinated, albeit messy, wardrobe and hastily kicked aside clothes on the floor!
All dresses from Topshop. Black platforms from New Look.

I love dress a, but also dress b. I think b would be wiser if you are talking about money because you can easily wear it again, whereas the first one is maybe too smart for daytime and nighttime. Dress c is not my thing at all and the embellishment might bore you after a while! x
ReplyDeleteI loooove dress A. It's such a lovely colour! And I think there'd be a zillion different ways to accessorize it to make it look different, where as with the last one, it's going to be VERY obvious if you wear it again :) Dress b is lovely too but I don't think it's as striking as A.

Dress A! Looks gorgeous with your hair up!! But i love Dress C too! xx
ReplyDeleteI love dress b but i think its more common then dress c which is also absolutely gorgeous! x
ReplyDeleteI frickin loved dressC on the topshop website, but it looks a lot paler in rl. Hmmm it is pretty though!!! I think B would get the most wear, dress A is a tad too formal I think. You can dress b up or down. xxx
ReplyDeleteDress A! This colour looks perfect on you, I absolutely love it :)
ReplyDeletePersonally Dress C

I love them all. But I think dress C screams 'one off' 21st birthday dress! The detailing is so pretty! The other dresses are lovely (spesh A) and you could wear again and again on 'normal' nights out with different accessories! But I def think C for something special x
ReplyDeletethey all look gorgeous on you but i think the 3rd one is definitely a birthday dress! xx
ReplyDeleteI love the third one x
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the colour of dress A but I think it's not as 'pretty' as the other two and you want something extra special for your 21st! Dress B I love and it is super versatile, Dress C I LOVE and it is so unusual plus it IS super special, I think they all look so pretty on you though, it's a tough decision!

The last one!! They all look lovely, but there's something so unique about dress C - it's beautiful, and something that I think will make you stand out as the birthday girl!

dress a, with hair up and the black tights looks gorge! Orange is huge atm, and the black tights makes the colour pop! also because its high on your neck hair up keeps it looking crisp and clean, i think hair down works better on something a bit lower or strapless!
ReplyDeleteHave a great 21st!

I love the 3 of them, but you should wear either the orange one or the last one.
ReplyDeleteOrange is the color of spring, but the white one is quite awesome.
