Sunny Days

Yey! Today actually feels like I spring! I went out for the first time without my coat, which is half good because it's warmer, and half bad because I love my trench coat. I've got the windows wide open in every room, to let the spring time air float around the shoes, makeup, and beer bottles that have amassed in my room since going out last night. I seem to sabotage my room when I get in from a night out!! But I did find to my amusement, that I have also rearranged my kitchen cupboards - and donated some bread to my flatmates cupboard, for reasons unknown to me now, but which I'm sure seemed very reasonable at the time.

So the first signs of summer have put me in a really, really good mood, and I thought I'd share with you something that always brings a smile to my face whenever I see it. If you've not seen it yet, not only where have you been, but I implore you to see, Coco Before Chanel - one of my new favourite films. I love the parts at the beginning where Audrey Tatou has to sing. The tunes always put me in a good mood, and if you sing along (yes, I do sit in my room singing the Coco Before Chanel soundtrack), they will surely make you smile as well. They're surprisingly catchy! I'm sure my boyfriend almost knows the lyrics as well as I do, and I'm equally sure he secretly loves it.

These are pretty poor quality edits from Youtube, so yet again...if you've not seen it, go out and get it. But don't expect to see much of the fashion side to Chanel's life, it really is Coco Before Chanel.
