| I'm wearing a Topshop tunic and an H&M blazer. |
Last night was my last night out in Manchester for a long while, as I'm moving back home to do some job searching now that I've finished uni (home is in Devon). It feels so surreal that it's all over. Uni is such a unique experience, and you do so much that you'll probably never do again (which is a good thing in some ways!). It feels like the fastest three years of my life, but when I think about everything I've done and the people I've met along the way, I realise how much has changed and how much I've changed. Don't worry, I'm not gonna get all deep with you here, but I'm really sad it's over. I think it's scarier that I don't really have too much control over what's going to happen next as in what jobs will come my way and when, but I'm just hoping I'll find something where I can use my English degree and which will lift my feet onto the first rung of the fashion career ladder.
I've posted a bit more about what I do in my day to day life recently. I don't know if you like that or hate it or if it's only interesting to me!, but I thought I'd share it with you anyway! I'd love to know what you'd like to see more of (or less of) on my blog. I'd really love to do outfit posts, but I'm so photo-phobic. I only managed to get photos of the night out last night after a few too many wines and a couple of nasty, nasty Jaegers (man, have I paid for that today!).
Anyway, I'm going to try not to wallow in the fact it's 'the end' and am instead going to stuff my hungover face with strawberry laces and chocolate cake!
Have a great weekend! If anyone wants to come over and pack for me feel absolutely free. I will provide snacks!
P.S Is anyone watching Gaga on Paul O'Grady at the moment? Has she seriously shaved her head?
No Gaga's wearing a bald cap :)

I was really sad when I left uni. Good luck with looking for a job in fashion. I did fashion marketing at uni so understand how difficult it can be but something will always come up! The turnover of staff in fashion is quicker than any other! Best of luck and we look forward to hearing all about it x
ReplyDeleteYou're a stunner. I haven't even started uni yet so I can't relate (been putting it off, hahaha) but look at the freedom you have now!
