I always need a dose of Gaga to boost my mood occasionally.
You've probably seen this, but if not I love this boy's version of Paparazzi. He's getting thousands of hits on YouTube every day, and I've seen him a few times on TV now. I really love hearing alternative versions to songs that got a little tiring to hear when they came out. Lady Gaga's own rendition of Telephone on the Brit Awards, in tribute to Alexander McQueen, was awesome, and I think I actually like it more than the released version.
Anyhow, I'll share them with you. Let me know what you think :)
*UPDATE*: A reader just informed me that Greyson is in fact receiving millions of hits per day now - talented kid!

Gaga Art
I've got a lot of love for Lady Gaga, especially for the faded baby pink hairstyle she's sporting at the moment. That is prettiness right there. I was reading a tumblr account, something that makes me feel like my nan when she sees a mobile phone, I am just not 'with it', and I came across the artwork of my life on paper on the account of one of my friends. She too, clearly has a lot of Gaga love to give and spends some of her time drawing portraits of her. As I love, love, love Gaga's latest album cover for 'The Remix', I thought I would share it with you.

Gaga Oh La La
Ok, maybe call me Gaga obsessed, I know this is the second Lady Gaga based post in just about as many days, but her Johnathon Ross interview and performances were just so good, they have to be shared! Even if you did already see it! I am quite openly obsessed with her song Brown Eyes. Do you ever hear a song, and just constantly replay it every now and then? I'm trying not the get to the point of being sick of it.
Another amazing performance, and another amazing outfit. Enjoy!

You've Gotta Love Gaga

Magdalena is Dazed & Confused
Magdalena Frackowiak is my favourite model though in very close competition with Natasha Poly. Her look is completely captivating, so it comes as no great shock that this editorial stole my attention. However, the photos themselves weren't the only things that interested me. I haven't read this issue of Dazed and Confused, but I'm intrigued to by the comments of Viktor and Rolf.
"It's natural to look for ways to turn a show into something more of an experience."
I couldn't agree more. I'm somewhat obsessed with fashion being about artistry and performance as well as about more conventional style, and the progression and development of trends. Someone who always epitomises for me, fashion as art, is Lady Gaga and she expresses the same kind of notion herself. Don't quote me on this, but I remember reading in an interview somewhere, that she sees herself as a walking piece of art or something along those lines, I guess an explanation for her eclectic and avant-garde sense of style.

So here are some of my favourite shots from Dazed and Confused, with Magadalena in Viktor and Rolf's S/S 2010 collection (which persistently makes me think that those gowns were created with the aid of a hundred mice, nibbling away at the tulle like it was cheddar). You can find the rest here.
Who's your favourite model? And do you see fashion as art?
