Natalia Vodianova by Centro for the Naked Heart Foundation

I love a good celebrity/model/designer collaboration as much as the next person, but I'm particularly motivated to buy into them when their sole purpose is to raise awareness and funds for charity. Russian supermodel, Natalia Vodianova, has joined up with Centro (a popular high street shoe store more well known in Asia) to design a range of heels that will raise money for The Naked Heart Foundation. Natalia and Centro have really hit the mark with this collaboration on 3 key points: all proceeds made will go to The Naked Heart Foundation; the style of shoe is classic enough to fit into the wardrobes of a large majority of women; the price point of £60 makes them far more accessible to women who don't have hundreds to spend on a pair of heels.

Natalia said that she wanted her designs to make women "feel like a princess", which is why I assume she's embellished the back of the heels with a crystal crown motif - sadly, it feels a little too 'vajazzled' for my liking - but I'll definitely be picking up a pair of these heels in 'champagne', simply because it's not often I can genuinely say my shoe purchases are benefiting someone else.

You can buy your pair from Net-A-Porter and find out more about The Naked Heart Foundation here.

Behind the scenes with one of my favourite designers for S/S 10

As you know, I loved Stella McCartney for her Spring/Summer 2010 collection, her GAP kids range etc etc. I for some reason, had never paid much attention to her collections previously...this has all been changed.

This video shows behind the scenes footage of her S/S 10 campaign with the stunning Natalia Vodianova. I always find when I watch footage of models, that there is something special about highly successful models that just sets them apart. They just instinctively know how to do it, and do it well. Britain's Next Top Models take note...

22 Inches

Love magazine decided to do a feature where they take some of the most successful supermodels of our time and get them to literally bare all, letting us know their measurements and their body hang ups (if they have any). I thought it would be worth a read, but I warn you, you just can't help but unfavourably compare your own measurements to those of the models. However, I was pretty disappointed by this supposed naked truth about just what the tape measure reads when it holds their waists, hips and boobs. Surprisingly, almost every single model has a 24" inch waist (which seemed a slight oddity to me), but more so was the fact that Lara Stone apparently has a 22 inch waist! 22 inches!!!!!! I just circled my tape measure to that and it encases my face, so either I have an abnormally large face or Lara Stone has an impossibly small waist. It seemed such a shame as she is singularly bringing a more well-rounded figure to the runway, yet come on! 34f boobs and a 22" waist, smaller than fellow narrow-waisted models, Kate and Natalia, I really don't believe it.

So the article seems much less interesting me as yet again, when models and celebrities claim they are going to  be open and honest about their bodies, they're almost always not.

On the upside though, there are some exceptionally beautiful shots of the models, in particular of Kate and Natalia. I'm not the biggest fan of Kate Moss (I know this is condemned as blasphemous to some of you readers!), but these photographs are infallibly stunning. And though, I don't believe an entirely honest account of their size, I feel they are at least portraying healthy sized models and not size zero. For that I guess, we could applaud.

So what do you guys think about this article?
And who do you think had the best cover? I'm routing for Daria or Natalia, but you can have a look at all eight here.

Who had the best cover?
Kate Moss
Daria Werbowy
Naomi Campbell
Amber Valletta
Kristen Mcmenamy
Lara Stone
Natalia Vodianova
