Walking in Wonderland

I'm so ridiculously excited about Alice in Wonderland coming out in March - words can barely tell you! My twentieth birthday party is Wonderland themed, and we're going to see the film either before (for inspiration!) or after on my actual birthday, as the party is the weekend before. Also, thinking that I might get my make-up done at MAC, but that can be posted at a later date ;) I keep seeing Wonderland themed things, but nothing has looked as fabulous as these Nicholas Kirkwood heels. If only I had these to deck out my feet, it might make my admittedly slightly slutty (dare I say it) dress a little bit classier - Hey I will be wearing an abundance of netting underneath it that covers all areas of Wonderland, trust me!

I have a penchant for miniature versions of everything, so it follows that I love those tiny teacups on the side. Even saying tiny teacups makes me happy. :)

Are you looking forward to the film?

Happy Halloween?

I know I'm six days late, but I didn't have any time to squeeze in a Halloween blog...so here it is!

Happy Halloween!

I should have been prepared for this blog months ago, as that's when this editoral came out in Harper's Bazaar US and I've admired it for a while. I know it's based and inspired all around Tim Burton nightmarish creations, but in my head I keep dumbly wondering at just how alike it is to Nightmare Before Christmas. If only I'd had the time I would definitly have been Sally, but needle and thread capabilites and time in general just didn't allow.

I 'toed the sexy cat line' though the intention wasn't to be 'sexy' just to have fun dressing up as a cat. And fun I did have :)

Expect a Bonfire inspired blog....within the next month :)
